CYPRUS WEATHER

Cyprus weather is  guaranteed to please with 350 days of sunshine a year a year, the seasons are the same as the UK, March - October can be very hot with temperatures  in the 90's,Plenty of summer fun, October- March can be milder but still warm enough for shorts / T-shirts.

Kapparas is open 365 days a year, With bars / Restraunts open all year
Protaras and Ayia Napa Have a limited number of bars clubs in the winter season that stay open, but still plenty on offer for the winter break.Temperatures are  cooler in the Troodos mountains with ski resort located on the summit during winter periods.

You can soak up the sun on the beaches and go skiiing in troodos all in a day!

DRIVING IN CYPRUS

Cyprus, drives on the left-hand side of the road  (Same as the UK) All the roads where first built by the british and remain the same type of road system without the hustle and bustle.All road signs are easy to read and are clearly marked

A Regular bus service runs from Paralimni, via Kapparis /  Protaras to Ayia Napa Along a Beatiful National park at Cape Greko.

Car Hire & Bike Hire is Available from a number of locations from local and more well known companies, Best deals are on-line and can be pre-booked for collection / drop-off at any airport.

ELECTRICITY

Cyprus, is the same as the UK  and runs on a Voltage of 220-240 Volts and uses the same  plugs as in the UK.

SPEAKING IN CYPRUS

Cyprus is mainly Greek, although English is widely spoken.

CYPRIOT CURRENCY

Euro, most uk cards can be used at the cash machines in cyprus.

No vaccinations are required in Cyprus. European Health Card replaced E111 and must be produced as with any european country when requesting Local health services,  Excellant private health care and surgery is available.
