LOCATION

The Apartment  is Located on the South East Coast of Cyprus in the Resort village of Kapparis, between the town of Paralimni and the resort of Protaras. It is approximately 40 minutes drive from Larnaca airport or around 90minutes from Paphos. ( Both very well sign posted and on very good roads)

Protaras 5 minutes

The apartment is on a new development, overlooking the pool and childrens play area.

Try the waterpark for thrills, or bungee jumping for an extreme sensation. Discover the magic of the underwater world by snorkelling or diving in the warm crystal clear seas. Windsurfing and sailing can be enjoyed all the year round, thanks to steady winds and calm predictable seas, while coastal cruising and deep-water fishing are also popular. You could even use the island as a base for a short cruise to other nearby countries

Kennedy Avenue is a 2 minute walk away with a Bar for every taste  Karaoke / Live Sports / Live Music / Pool / Snooker / Competitions / Childrens play areas with Games to keep the children entertained.       

Most Bars have terraced areas, with a few local tavernas around the area.

A Number of local Restaurants are within the area with themed Restaurants from Chinese to English Style Fish & Chips, Greek themed nights are fantastic. A short drive away is a Pizza Hut and KFC for those who just cant resist with local delivery if required.
